  You may experience a “Engaged Tone” if our call system is at capacity. This capacity is set by our line providers, Concept, so is beyond our control.
• Prescriptions – We Do Not Accept telephone requests for prescriptions.  However you can order a prescription via your pharmacy, via your NHS App, via SystmOne Online or by bringing you repeat prescription slip into the surgery.
