I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lola Jones – Receptionist because the service she has given me this week has been exceptional. I am a support worker from Rise Houses (Dan) and she has been brilliant so I just wanted to let you know.

Just thought I’d drop you a message, we just booked in one of your patients and she was extremely complimentary about your Practice, she said she’s just moved to your practice and it’s by far in a way the best surgery she’s been with and is very grateful for how much you’ve done for her in a short time.

Dear Dr Dickson

I am writing to thank you for referring me to breastcare services at Kings Mill Hospital.

I came to see you on Monday 19th August 2024 for an issue with my breast, after examination you issued me a prescription for Fucidin H cream. I attended an appointment at Breastcare on Friday 23rd August 2024 with Dr Jahan, I was given a mammogram, ultrasound scan and thankfully both of them were clear. I was advised to keep using the cream for a further 2 weeks.

I attended breastcare clinic again on Friday 6th September 2024 where I was discharged.

I spoke to a lovely lady this morning who wanted me to let you know she said it’s a ‘breath of fresh air’ having Lola and Chloe on the front desk, she said she has been into the surgery to the front desk a few times and they are both very welcoming, pleasant, smiley and always so helpful. She wanted to let us know that first impressions do count and it is noticed.

Can I start by commending the reception team for such a seamless registration process. I submitted online forms on 22.08.24 in the evening and I received notifications this morning (23.08.24) stating we were successfully registered with the practice. This is the quickest most efficient service I have received to date when registering with a GP so please kindly extend my gratitude to the team.

Dr Cappin has been excellent in managing my medical investigations. He has advocated for me in multiple situations, made me feel like nothing is too much trouble and genuinely made me feel listened to regarding my health concerns. When other health practitioners have not taken my health seriously before, it is so reassuring knowing I have got a GP who will advocate for me. Thank you very much for your service!

I am also very happy with the appointment availability for this GP surgery, unlike others in the local area.

I am not sure who to contact. I’ve been meaning to say this for a while but with all the focus on getting better it has skipped my mind.

I phoned up for an appointment in April, I saw Kylie (ANP) at Forest Town Surgery.

I just want to say a massive thank you to her and let you know, what a credit she is to the surgery.

I was blown away with the care I have received from Kylie, she was thorough, attentive, listened to me and understood. Kylie came up with solutions for me to help me over this blip. She also arranged for several referrals for me.

I left the appointment feeling relieved and confident that she had my back. I can’t thank her enough. I just want you to recognise how good she is at her job.

I wanted to say thank you for the work experience which you helped organise with Dr Tadpatrikar, I got an offer to study medicine starting in September!

I was just writing to say a massive thank you for helping organise the experience and for doing all the behind doors stuff that made it possible, with GDPR and other important things. It’s been a massive help in my medical application as I spoke about the things I learnt in every single way I had.
